Banana Boat® – Block With The Best California Getaway Sweepstakes - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Void in AK, HI and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors [and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) regardless of where they live or persons living in the same household as such employees/officers/directors (whether related or not)] of Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playtex Products, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Energizer Holdings, Inc, AVP, Inc, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, Inc. (collectively "AVP"), Ion Marketing LLC, their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, or any other entities involved in the development or implementation of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize.

TO ENTER: (A) On-line Entry. Go to the Banana Boat® web site on the Internet at www.bananaboat.com. Click on the "Banana Boat® – Block With The Best California Getaway Sweepstakes" banner to access the Sweepstakes Entry Page. E-newsletters and/or e-mails (to persons who have previously opted-in to receive promotional e-mails from AVP, Sponsor and/or Playtex Products, Inc.) may also contain links to the Sweepstakes Entry Page. Complete the on-line official entry form, to be received between 4/11/08 12:01 a.m. ET and 8/24/2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET. (B) At AVP Events. At the (7) Banana Boat® sponsored AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour events preceding the AVP Manhattan Beach Open, visit the Banana Boat® Sampling Tent. You may be required to pay an admission fee to attend an AVP Tournament event and visit the Banana Boat® Sampling Tent. Tent will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each event weekend. Complete official entry form and deposit it in the specially marked entry box at Tent. Entries must be received by 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Sunday of event. The (7) Banana Boat® sponsored AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour event dates are as follows: 1.) Miami, FL 4/11 – 4/13/2008; 2.) Huntington Beach, CA 5/2 – 5/4/2008; 3.) Hermosa Beach, CA 6/6 – 6/8/2008; 4.) Belmar Beach, NJ 6/20 – 6/22/2008; 5.) Chicago, IL 7/11 – 7/13/2008; 6.) Brooklyn, NY 7/18 – 7/20/2008; 7.) Long Beach, CA 7/25 – 7/27/2008. If no entry forms are available, handprint "Banana Boat® – Block With The Best California Getaway Sweepstakes", your full name, complete mailing address (including zip code), daytime and night-time telephone numbers (including area code), e-mail address (if any) and date of birth on a 3"x 5" card/paper and deposit in entry box or mail 3"x 5" to Banana Boat® – Block With The Best California Getaway Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5046, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163, to be postmarked by 8/24/2008 and received by 8/31/2008.

Limit of one entry per person per day. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times on a given day will be disqualified. On-line entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to on-line entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No copied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Once submitted, entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about 9/3/2008 by Ion Marketing LLC, an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Persons initially selected as winners will be notified by judges via (daytime) phone and/or e-mail on day of drawing. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Ion Marketing LLC.

PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING.
Grand Prize (1) – 5 day/ 4 night trip for winner and (3) guests to Manhattan Beach, CA 9/18/08 – 9/22/08. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport near winner's residence to Manhattan Beach; standard, double occupancy hotel accommodations in Manhattan Beach; (4) tickets to the AVP Manhattan Beach Open Event; VIP seating at AVP Manhattan Beach Open Event; access to the beach barbeque party at the AVP event site, meet and greet with Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh at the beach barbeque party, choice of two (2) outdoor activities for the entire group to be selected from a list provided by the sponsor (i.e. surf lessons, rollerblading, kayaking, golf or other similar activities provided by the sponsor); $250 spending money per traveler; Official AVP Game Ball autographed by both Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh. Approximate Retail Value: $12,000.
1st Place Prize (10) – Official AVP Game Ball autographed by both Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh. Approximate Retail Value: $100 each.

General Conditions: All expenses not specified in these Official Rules and all taxes on prize are sole responsibility of grand prize winner. Trip (and specific Grand Prize components) are subject to availability and other, additional restrictions. Grand prize winner must be able to travel on indicated dates, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety, with an alternate grand prize winner being selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Grand prize winner and all guests must travel together on same itinerary, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand prize winner and guests must have valid, government-issued photo identification for air travel. In the event that grand prize winner has fewer than (3) guests accompany him/her, trip will be awarded in amounts appropriate for the actual number of travelers and grand prize winner will not receive any compensation in conjunction therewith.

No prize transfer. No substitution of prize (or any prize component) except that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize/prize component with another prize/prize component of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of such prize/prize component for any reason.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Grand prize winner must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where legal) within (1) day of date indicated on prize notification materials. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a signed facsimile copy of affidavit of eligibility/release will have the same force and effect as the original signed document. In the event of noncompliance with the affidavit requirement or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable or judges are unable to contact grand prize winner for any reason, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate grand prize winner selected. Each guest of grand prize winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must execute and return a liability release and a publicity release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. If a guest is a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her parent/legal guardian (i.e., the grand prize winner) on trip.

Releases. By accepting prize, winner (a) releases and agrees to hold harmless Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playtex Products, Inc., AVP, Inc., AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, Inc., Ion Marketing LLC, their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents of any of the above entities from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of prize; and (b) agrees to Sponsor's and AVP's (and their respective designees') use of his/her name, address (city, state), voice, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising/publicity/trade without notice or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Participation in Sweepstakes on-line is subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of www.bananaboat.com. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE OF WWW.BANANABOAT.COM, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ON-LINE, PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEB SITE. Any activities, determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in addition to resulting in disqualification from Sweepstakes.

Sponsor's computer (or other time-piece) is the official clock for all purposes of Sweepstakes. Sponsor, AVP and their agencies assume no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any web site and/or entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrant's or to any person's computer (or any information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from downloading materials from any web site or participating in Sweepstakes and (d) any late, lost, stolen, illegible, garbled, incomplete, mutilated or postage due entries. If, for any reason Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the on-line component of Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in Sponsor's sole discretion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the on-line component of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the on-line component of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor will select the winner in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received at Tents, all eligible mail-in entries received, and all eligible on-line entries received prior to (and/or after, if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or by some other means deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. And, notice of such action will be posted on www.bananaboat.com.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW/WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL:

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that: (a) any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playtex Products, Inc., shall be filed exclusively in the courts of the State of Connecticut and you hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action, AND ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND A TRIAL BY JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED, (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, and/or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playtex Products, Inc., shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sun Pharmaceuticals Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Playtex Products, Inc., shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect or regard to any principles or doctrines of conflicts of law/choice of law of the State of Connecticut or of any other jurisdiction.
